Testing
times awaited Champakbhai as they returned to Devprayag. Rationing inspector
queried Champakbhai but with Yogeshwarji's company, inspector's suspicion
subsided. Forwarned with this incident, Champakbhai left Devprayag and
stayed at Dehradun.
At
DevPrayag, Yogeshwarji observed fast for Lord Krishna's darshan but seven
days later ended them on an extraordinary experience.
He heard
that saints and sages of higher state resides at Uttarkashi, so he decided
at once to go there. The path to Tihri from DevPrayag was not developed in
those days and some pilgrims were using the land route. Yogeshwarji decided
to take the land route and one morning, started his journey. It was almost
dark and he had no idea where to stay. There was no village visible nearby
nor any people to whom he can ask. In such testing moments, some unknown
people appeared and invited him for food & stopover at their place.
Yogeshwarji accepted their invitation. Next morning he proceeded further on
his way to Tihri. After a while a locale met him on the way and informed
that there is no population for miles, leave alone the village where he
stayed!
At
Tihri, Yogeshwarji visited Swami Ramtirth's place. Yogeshwarji also met
Vedbandhu, who was an expert of Khechari Mudra. A bond of affection
developed between them as they shared their experiences. Vedbandhu agreed
and helped Yogeshwarji in performing Khechari Mudra. During his stay at
Tihri, Yogeshwarji also had an experience of kundalini. It appears that God
was making all the arrangement at the right time for the fulfillment of his
spiritual wishes.
Yogeshwarji
returned to Bhagwan Ashram Rishikesh. His stay at Bhagwan Ashram become
memorable in another way. One night while doing japa, Yogeshwarji had a
darshan of an unknown siddha with an open eye. The siddha entered in his
closed room and appeared in the air without any support of ground. More
vivid, strange and breathtaking experiences soon followed his way. |
